overview

this privacy policy explains what data seent bot collects, how it is used, and your rights. by using the bot you agree to this policy.

data we collect

we automatically store your discord user id when you interact with the bot. if you choose to use specific features we also store: custom self or server prefixes, reskin settings (custom name and avatar), ai account data (usage counts, daily limits, cooldowns, owned upgrades), and economy data (wallet, bank balance, card status, businesses, transaction history, streak, notification preferences).

data we do not collect

we do not store the content of your messages, voice messages, downloaded media, generated images, or ai prompts after the command completes. temporary processing is used only to produce the response and is discarded.

we do not collect email addresses, real names, phone numbers, payment information, or precise location data.

how we use the data

stored data is used solely to provide the features you request. prefixes remember your preferred command trigger.

reskin data customizes the bot appearance for you. ai data tracks your remaining credits and cooldowns.

economy data powers the virtual bank, businesses, shop and leaderboard. we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

third party services

to fulfill certain commands the bot contacts external services including but not limited to tiktok, instagram, youtube, soundcloud, steam, weather providers, transcription services, and ai providers (groq, google, openrouter, cloudflare). only the minimum information required for the request is sent.

those services operate under their own privacy policies.

storage and security

all stored data is kept in a private sqlite database on the server that runs the bot. access is restricted to the bot operator.

the database is not publicly accessible.

retention and deletion

economy accounts and all related data can be permanently deleted with the close card command. reskin settings can be reset.

for deletion of ai data or any other stored information contact the bot owner. inactive accounts may be cleaned up periodically.

your rights

you may request a copy of the data we hold about you or ask for its deletion by contacting the bot owner through the support server.

changes

this policy may be updated from time to time. the last_updated date at the top will reflect the most recent version.

continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
